プロバンス在住。幼少時代を過ごしたスラブ地方に伝わる物語と様々な人々との出会いは、Ninn Apouladakiを不思議で詩的な世界への旅へと送り出す。彼女の作品は夢から生まれ、作品の中に広がる遠く離れた島々や不思議な森には、野性的であり私たちには想像もつかない自然に溢れている。その洗練された作品群は、スラブ地方の壮大な自然のように相反する魅力を同時に内包している。雲のようにふんわりとしていながらも、同時に自然に宿る原始的な力強さも併せ持ち、内省的な作風でありながらも心が弾むような嬉しさにも満ちている。すべての作品たちの中には、野生動物たちやあるいは動物をモチーフにした想像上の動物たちがのびのびと暮らす理想郷が広がっている。飽くことのない想像力によって永遠の流転を繰り返す世界は、世界に向けて無限の可能性を開いている。Ninn Apouladakiは、彼女の生涯の伴侶となるGuillaumeとともに、新たな想像を続けている。
Encouraged by the Slavic tales of her childhood and inspired by every encounter that marked her life, Ninn Apouladaki travels in a profoundly whimsical and poetic universe. Her creations seem to emerge from a dream and are always inspired by nature, both wild and strange, that of distant lands and mysterious forests.A refined labor, soft as a cloud, and yet intimately related to the primitive forces of nature, galvanized by the fierce Slavic soul, melancholic and whirling with emotion.Every single one of her pieces is deployed as a world unto itself, imaginary and hybrid, full of wild and free animals and motifs.A universe in perpetual metamorphosis, fed by an insatiable imagination,open to the infinite diversity of the world.She passionately creates at the sides of her other half, Guillaume, who handles more technical aspects and production management.
